Exchanges and Returns

The customer may return the ordered item(s) 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that;

  • The item(s) have not been used.
  • The item(s) must retain their original characteristics and labels intact.
  • The item(s) must be complete. All materials that accompany the order must be returned.
The customer must request the return via our email returns.samvestuario@gmail.com , indicating the item(s) they wish to return, as well as the order number. Subsequently, they must send the item(s) to the following address:

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges or returns. Please note that if your return is for reasons other than a justified defect or non-conformity of the ordered items, SAM will not reimburse the shipping costs initially incurred by the customer for the respective order.

After receiving the returned item(s) , SAM will analyze and confirm their condition and, if applicable, will refund the amount paid for the item(s) within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days , or issue a voucher valid for 180 days. Please note that any subsequent returns of item(s) purchased with a voucher will always be made via voucher.

The customer will be notified by email when their refund has been processed.

If the returned item(s) is/are damaged or shows signs of use, SAM reserves the right to refuse the return and to refuse a refund for the same.


The following items cannot be exchanged or returned;

  • Custom-made and/or personalized party supplies.
  • Promotional items.
